HOT TOGS will deliver your order FREE to any UK address including the Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man (with the exception of Eire and the Scottish Islands)

FREE Standard delivery

We aim to deliver orders to you within 3 - 5 days of receipt of your order and clearance of payment. However please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive.

EXPRESS - Next Day Delivery

Any orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday (excl Bank Holidays) can be sent via the Express service and will be delivered the next working day. This is providing that the payment has cleared ok.

Express delivery charge: £4.99

Please note that Express delivery orders will have to be signed for.

If, due to any unforeseen circumstances there is a problem with stock or with the handling of your order then Hot Togs will contact you to notify you of the problem and the delay.

Delivery arrangements

• We deliver most items Monday – Friday.
• Express delivery cannot be guaranteed to all postcodes but we will let you know if there is a problem with delivering your order.

 RETURNS
We very much hope that you are happy with your purchases from HOT TOGS. However if you wish to return a product for whatever reason then you may do so as long as it is within 28 days of the date that the products were dispatched and that the products are still in a saleable condition, in their undamaged packaging. The delivery charge is non returnable unless the products are faulty. The value of the returned product(s) at the time of purchase will be refunded in full to the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for a refund to be processed. If you wish to return goods or to arrange a replacement please email enquiries@hottogs.co.uk and we will arrange this for you. Please note this returns policy is only applicable to products that have been purchased from our online store. There may be a charge for the return postage service.
